Current delivery times

Due to the high demand, we are pleased about the numerous orders - thank you for your trust! As a result, there may currently be a slightly longer processing time and shipping may take up to 10 working days.

As soon as we have received your payment, we will do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible and hand it over to our shipping service provider DHL. Within Germany, the regular shipping time with DHL is around 1 to 2 days. For international shipments, you can find more information directly from DHL.

Shipping costs

We charge a shipping fee of 4,95 € per delivery. Starting from an order value of 199,- € we deliver free of charge. For deliveries outside of Germany, we charge the shipping fees depending on destination individually. For orders below 10,- € we have to charge a surcharge of 2,- €.

Deliveries to other countries

Due to the current corona pandemic, shipping via DHL to the following countries is only shipping out by sea freight, which leads to longer delivery times: Canada, Morocco

Availability

We are constantly striving to deliver all ordered articles, however, we do not hold an obligation to delivery. Wrong delivery or delays in delivery do not qualify for compensation claims. Reservations for unavailable items cannot be accepted. Non-deliverable items are not made in arrears. Subsequent deliveries are not undertaken.
