We offer a large range of single elements and exclusive sets with the BlueBrixx brand. These products are individually picked and commissioned with a huge effort. Also an inventory restocking is not possible. Hence, we do not accept returns for any reason except production error.
In the case of a production error or damaged product, the customer is required to take and upload a picture of the damaged product displaying the error and send us this information via our contact form (https://www.bluebrixx.com/contact). In the case of a missing element, please also contact us via the contact form with information about the missing element.
The product pictures on our website is simply a visualization and minor differences in appearance may occur.
Once an order is placed online, it will be processed immediately and the picking and commissioning process is commenced instantly. Please note that cancellation of orders is thus not possible after the transaction is completed.
ALL prices quoted on our website are in EUR and US$. During the payment process the customer can choose between charging in EUR or US$. If the customer's order is above an exemption quota, which different from country to country, we ship as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) without additional charge for taxes and duties to the shown prices. Especially for EU and USA there is no additional charge for regular taxes and duties. Please note that BlueBrixx is not responsible for maybe exceptional, additional possible taxes, duties or other charges in some countries. This is to be covered by the customer. We would advise you to check with your country's custom and tax department about this.
In case of any alterations (approved by BlueBrixx), customers are required to pay for all costs associated with having the product shipped back to BlueBrixx. We suggest that all deliveries be returned by your local national airmail (small packet) service, as it is the most economical way to ship the product back. Please also mark the invoice value as zero and indicate that the goods are for alteration purposes only.
Confirmation emails of purchase will always be sent to the email provided upon completion of order placement. Customers are kindly requested to check that emails from our company are not marked as junk or spam. Customers are also kindly requested to contact us via the contact form (https://www.bluebrixx.com/contact) if they do not receive the emails due to unforeseen Technical reasons.
Gift Vouchers or Promotional Vouchers purchased online through our website are non-refundable.
Products ordered cannot be cancelled because of our immediately fulfillment. All products will be shipped to the delivery address.
Should there be a discrepancy in the invoice you receive, please contact our customer service team via the contact form (https://www.bluebrixx.com/contact) and we will send you an updated official invoice.
We fulfill each order immediately and at least within two working days. Depending from the various countries the estimated delivery time is between 1 to 2 weeks. In a very few countries it can be up to 3 weeks. In rare cases the delivery might be subject to influences beyond our control, such as holidays or natural disasters. In those cases delivery might take slightly longer.
All orders are shipped worldwide individually and immediately, directly from our warehouse facilities to the customer's door without separate warehousing and/or re-shipping in order to minimize delivery time. Shipping costs will we charged for each order. It's not possible to combine several orders in one shipment with one shipping charge. Shipping charges are individually calculated regarding on your shipping address and will be shown in your order form before payment.
We have no refund policy, as each item ordered will be picked and commissioned immediately and an inventory restocking is not possible.
