TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE „Newsletter & Contest“ SWEEPSTAKES

1. Eligibility

Participation in the sweepstakes takes place online via the BlueBrixx online shop. Employees of BlueBrixx and individuals under the age of 18 are excluded from participation.

2. Acknowledgment

I have taken note of the data protection notice related to the sweepstakes participation. By participating in the sweepstakes, the general terms and conditions are accepted.

3. Participation

Period The sweepstakes runs monthly from the first to the last day of each respective month.

4. Participation

All individuals who register for our newsletter with a valid email address are eligible to participate. Legal recourse is excluded. Each person may participate only once in the sweepstakes. Participation through automated mass participation procedures by third parties is not permitted.

5. Prize

The prize is a €250 voucher for the online shop at bluebrixx.com. A total of three vouchers are raffled per month, and each person can win only one voucher.

6. Winner Selection

If multiple participants enter, the winners will be selected by a draw. Winners will be notified via email. The draw will take place in the first week of the following month.

7. Prize Conditions

A cash payout of the prize is not possible. The prize will be sent to the winners via email.
